The Tower Theatre heating and energy conservation project.

This grant will be spent on new doors and curtains to reduce heat loss from the

theatre’s foyer.

To provide funding of £299 to the above project.

Reason for decision:

We are a small community theatre and our productions cover a wide range of musicals, drama and comedy.

Whilst we attract audiences of all ages, we do have a large attendance of the elderly and disabled. We recently received a grant to upgrade our wheelchair access ramps which was completed just before panto commenced and was greatly appreciated. With this new grant, attendees will benefit greatly from not having to wear a coat during some of our performances!
