Oportunitas is a company wholly owned by Folkestone & Hythe District Council to provide more homes for local people and to promote new employment and housing opportunities across Folkestone and Hythe. It is managed by a board of directors.
In the short-term, a housing acquisitions and rental programme will provide a range of residential properties to let as homes for local people.
